Our client is looking for a Solutions Designer- Salesforce CRM for a 3-month contract based in Toronto. This role focuses on designing efficient, accessible, and user-centric applications using Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities
•Design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions using best practices in configuration and customization
•Develop solution architecture documents, functional/non-functional requirements, and technical specifications
•Configure complex business processes within Salesforce, including automation, flows, and user permissions
•Support integration design using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
•Ensure CRM solutions align with accessibility (WCAG/AODA), security, and QA standards
•Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
•Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3 issues; conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
•Maintain solution documentation, build books, and deployment plans
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, business analysts, and project leads
Qualifications
•5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Salesforce CRM solutions
•Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
•Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer and Experience Cloud Consultant (preferred)
•Strong experience with Salesforce configuration vs. customization best practices
•Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
•Familiarity with secure design principles and integration standards
•Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills
•Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
•Understanding of accessibility compliance and scalable solution design
