Responsibilities
-Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and operational value
-Provide strategic inputs and supply market information to guide business decisions and act as a conduit for procurement activities
-Lead cross-functional teams through sourcing events, supplier evaluations, and award recommendations.
-Negotiate commercial and legal terms, including master agreements, SOWs, SLAs, NDAs, and other contractual documents
-Work with appropriate operations team to identify areas of opportunity
-Quantify savings related to opportunity and work with business team to ensure savings are realized through vendor management and budget process
-Conduct ongoing business reviews to ensure suppliers are performing to contracted
obligations and service levels
-Lead the suppliers and stakeholders of the supply chain through effective engagement and communication by delivering supplier awareness programs.
-Build strong relationships across regions and functions, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or technical discipline
-6 - 10 years of experience in a supply chain organization with a focus on spend management in supply portfolios spend; development and implementation of supply strategy; contract and supplier performance management.
-Experience in supporting supplier portfolio development
-Customer-focused with excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
-Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
-Proven record of driving cost savings throughout a complex organization
-Ability to structure and manage complex projects
-Service-oriented mindset, with a desire to ensure client satisfaction
-Ability to think strategically, conceptually and analytically to assess problems, identify and consider potential solutions, and make timely recommendations
-Data analytics, sourcing, procurement systems, and customer service.
-Business software applications: Microsoft Office, APTTUS/Agiloft or other contract management software, and SAP or other purchasing software.
