We're looking for motivated Spanish & English bilingual professionals to join our team, dedicated to supporting various non-profit organizations. This hybrid role offers the chance to contribute to vital missions, from funding life-saving research and supporting vulnerable populations to aiding animal welfare and ensuring basic needs are met.
Competitive Pay: $19.50/hour
Stable Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Hybrid Flexibility: Start on-site for comprehensive training and initial proficiency, then transition to a flexible hybrid model with required office presence.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service and support across all donor channels (phone, chat, email).
Engage empathetically in free-flowing conversations, creating excellent donor experiences.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using various applications.
Become knowledgeable about non-profit programs, services, and promotions.
Ensure all interactions meet quality standards and compliance guidelines.
Remain calm, supportive, and efficient in high-volume situations
Manage offline donor administrative tasks (emails, updates, research).
Qualifications
Speak, read, and write Spanish & English fluently and clearly.
At least 1 year of customer service experience or 6 months of call center experience preferred
Masterful phone etiquette, active listening, and compelling verbal/written skills (including chat & email).
Excellent computer and administrative skills (typing 35 WPM).
Ability to remain composed and empathetic, even in challenging situations.
Tech setup: PC with Windows 10+ (no Macs, Chromebooks, or tablets), wired high-speed connection, USB-connected Headset and Webcam.
Must pass a background check
