Are you a data-savvy marketing professional who thrives on turning chaos into clarity? We are seeking a highly collaborative, sharp, and proactive Specialist, Marketing Channel Analytics to join our growing Marketing Operations team.
...
In this role, you won't just sit behind a screen crunching numbers; you will bridge the gap between marketing metrics and actual business revenue. You will step into a fast-paced environment with a healthy project backlog, tasked with untangling messy data sources (like making Salesforce and HubSpot talk to each other) and translating complex data points into a unified, company-wide story. Working closely with both the Marketing Operations and Data Analytics teams, you will have the unique opportunity to establish the benchmarking standard for our organization and, over the next 2–3 years, build and lead your own analytics sub-team.
Advantages
Advantages of the Role and Company
Clear Path to Leadership: This isn't a dead-end role. The hiring director is actively looking for a leader who can build, mentor, and scale their own team of junior analysts and data cleaners within 2 to 3 years.
High Visibility & Impact: You will work directly with the Director of Marketing Operations and hold peer-to-peer strategic conversations with the Data Science and Revenue Operations teams. Your insights will directly shape executive decisions.
Empowering Management Style: Work under a supportive, non-micromanaging Director who prioritizes clear communication, weekly 1:1 connects, and gives you the autonomy to solve problems creatively.
Collaborative Culture: Join a vibrant, 18-person marketing department that values high-energy teamwork, open communication, and social connection over siloed work.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Data Integration & Dashboarding: Build, maintain, and optimize robust marketing dashboards and reporting systems using Power BI/SQL to track end-to-end lead cycles and campaign performance.
Bridge the Revenue Gap: Move past vanity metrics; analyze performance data to connect marketing initiatives directly to organizational revenue and KPIs.
Data Problem-Solving: Actively troubleshoot and manage "messy data" challenges, creating workarounds and solutions when critical marketing platforms and CRMs do not seamlessly communicate.
Cross-Functional Storytelling: Collaborate closely with Data Analytics, Data Scientists, and Revenue Operations to pull insights that align with the broader organization's goals and narrative.
Workflow Optimization: Leverage modern efficiencies—including the smart integration of AI tools—into your day-to-day workflow to streamline reporting and analysis.
Strategic Recommendations: Conduct post-mortem analyses on digital campaigns to provide immediate, actionable feedback on audience engagement, lead generation, and product mix.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics or data analytics (candidates with 2–4 years of highly relevant experience will be considered).
Industry Background: Prior experience navigating data within complex, compliance-driven, or high-volume data industries such as Finance, Real Estate, or Insurance is highly preferred.
Technical Toolset (Must-Haves):
Deep technical proficiency with GA4, Salesforce (CRM), and HubSpot (MarTech).
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL (experience with Tableau or Looker will also be considered).
Core Competencies:
The "Messy Data" Expert: A proven track record of entering an environment with fragmented data architectures and successfully building clean, accurate dashboards.
Marketing Metrics Fluency: Intimate understanding of lead cycles, conversion funnels, and core marketing attribution models.
Soft Skills & Culture Fit:
The Ultimate Collaborator: An outgoing, people-oriented professional who loves cross-functional teamwork. An introverted, "siloed nerd" approach will not succeed in this highly collaborative ecosystem.
Natural Problem Solver: A proactive attitude with no expectation of hand-holding; you are ready to hit the ground running on day one.
Summary
If you are an energetic, data-driven strategist who loves solving complex platform puzzles and wants a fast track to building your own team, this is the role for you. We don't just want someone who can build a dashboard; we want a partner who can look at the numbers, talk to our teams, and tell the story of where our business is going next.
