Responsibilities
- Provide daily ongoing subject matter expertise for Microsoft Great Plains, BSSI Health Financial Management (HFM), and Logibec Materials Management System (MMS).
- Manage the full lifecycle of service requests, incidents, and problem tickets using specialized ticketing applications.
- Balance regularly scheduled support activities with urgent, unscheduled requests, ensuring high sensitivity to timelines and client needs.
- Facilitate communication between end-users and specialized technical teams, including System Administrators, Privacy Specialists, and Software SMEs.
- Identify application defects and perform complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
- Follow established Service Management protocols while identifying opportunities to improve support workflows and system efficiency.
- Ensure all support activities adhere to legislative requirements regarding information protection and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Great Plains (2016, 2018), Logibec MMS, and BSSI HFM.
- 5+ years of experience in supporting remote clients and a strong understanding of Service Management processes.
- Proven experience triaging, prioritizing, and categorizing tickets within tools like Footprints.
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of information protection and privacy legislation.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Superior interpersonal skills, including the tact and diplomacy required to manage sensitive client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of AODA compliance.
