Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Partner with senior leadership to support the planning, evaluation, and delivery of
strategic business and technology initiatives
• Develop decision requests, information notes, and delivery plans to support executive and
governance decision making
• Prepare concise business value assessments that clearly articulate the benefits and
impacts of proposed technology changes for review and approval by senior leadership
• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including requirements planning, elicitation,
analysis, documentation, validation, and management
• Translate complex business needs into clear, well-defined business and system
requirements that support organizational objectives
• Plan, conduct, and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and
consultations with business and technology teams to analyze, validate, and clarify
requirements
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to contribute to high level solution
design, business analytics (including data and reporting), and the development of test
scenarios and plans
• Plan and deliver comprehensive walkthroughs, demonstrations, presentations, and
knowledge sharing sessions to support implementation
• Provide leadership and guidance to Business Analysts, overseeing requirements activities
across multiple concurrent projects. Coach and train team members within the division to
support continuous improvement in business analysis practices
• Assist with production support activities, including issue triage, root cause analysis,
impact assessment, and resolution coordination

Qualifications
Qualifications
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years Business Analysis experience conducting complex business analysis
business requirements and IT specifications Business area experience and/or background
in insurance, finance or government programs an asset
• Subject matter expertise in Guidewire (PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter) an asset
• Experience working in scaled agile delivery (SAFe) an asset
• CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) or CBAP (Certified Business
Analyst Professional) is an asset
• Agricorp program knowledge an asset
