In this high-visibility executive role, you will operate at the strategic intersection of business strategy and technical execution, partnering directly with VPs, Senior Leadership Teams (SLT), and regional business partners. You will shape and execute technology roadmaps across three major commercial pillars: Innovation (R&D), Marketing, and Sales / Sales Enablement. Leading a globally dispersed team of product and delivery professionals, you will balance strategic vision with hands-on operational delivery—modernizing B2B sales enablement, accelerating e-commerce capabilities, embedding AI-driven solutions, and driving measurable ROI across enterprise commercial platforms.

Responsibilities

Innovation (R&D): Digitalize product creation, culinary R&D, and commercialization workflows.
Marketing: Drive digital marketing enablement, customer analytics, and AI feature integration.
Sales & Customer Excellence: Modernize B2B sales enablement, digital ordering touchpoints, and customer service platforms.
Product & Portfolio Governance: Lead product managers and delivery teams through portfolio prioritization, vendor management, and strict ROI value realization.
Hands-on Technical Oversight: Maintain hands-on engagement in delivery details, evaluating platform capabilities (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Ecosystem) and clearing execution bottlenecks for delivery squads.
People & Culture Leadership: Mentor, scale, and develop a globally dispersed team of product owners and technology professionals in an inclusive, high-accountability environment.
Qualifications
Progressive Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience driving digital transformation within commercial functions.
B2B & Food Ecosystem Depth: Demonstrated technology leadership experience within CPG, Food & Beverage, B2B Food Distribution, or large QSR/Restaurant ecosystems (Essential).
Cross-Functional Commercial Domain Mastery: Proven track record bridging technology delivery across at least two core commercial domains: B2B Sales/Sales Enablement, Marketing, or R&D/Innovation.
Executive Presence: Extensive experience advising and influencing VP-level and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) stakeholders.
Pragmatic Delivery Mindset: Strong strategic vision paired with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to driving technical execution.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (required); MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Hands-on familiarity with major enterprise commercial tech stacks, including Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Experience deploying emerging AI applications (predictive analytics, generative AI tools) in B2B sales and marketing workflows.
