The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategy from concept to launch. This pivotal role drives the product vision and ensures alignment with company goals. An Experienced Product Leader: You have 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS, FinTech, or API-first platform products. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is expected.
Technically Fluent: Demonstrable knowledge of web-based technologies and hands-on experience managing the backlog for software development teams. You are comfortable getting into the details with engineers, discussing API design, system architecture, and data models.
A Strategic Thinker: You can see the big picture and connect day-to-day development with long-term business goals. You excel at prioritization and making tough trade-offs, using quantitative data as a tool in your decision-making.
An Exceptional Communicator: Specific experience in working closely with financial end-users and web-oriented software engineers, translating complex requirements into deliverable components of a web application or integration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with or building integrations for major ERP and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, Microsoft Business Central, QuickBooks, Xero).
In-depth understanding of corporate finance and banking principles, including core financial workflows (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and underlying banking products (e.g., ACH, EFT, Wires, treasury management services, commercial card programs, trade finance, commercial lending).
Experience with commercial virtual card payments is highly desirable.
Proven track record working on FinTech, payments, or corporate banking projects.
Strong interest in how large enterprises manage money, data, and information across complex systems, with exposure to enterprise technology.
Technical proficiency in web and API technologies and integration strategies. Hands-on experience with tools like Postman and Swagger are excellent.
Experience or strong interest in Generative AI, AI, or machine learning is a significant plus.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, implement change, and bring innovative ideas to product development.
