Responsibilities
• We are looking for an intermediate project manager to manage multiple projects, with the largest one being a Business Intelligence system replacement. The current BI platform is DOMO, and Travel Alberta is in process of doing a POC to determine the new technology, however, it will likely be Microsoft Fabric, or a combination of Microsoft Fabric and DataBricks
• In addition to the BI replacement project, the PM will also be managing a number of smaller projects including implementation of SAP Concur and the rollout of Microsoft Copilot
• The PM will be working with a small internal team and needs to be hands on and capable of acting as a business analyst at times and RFP writer and change manager, etc.
Qualifications
• The PM needs to have a strong understanding of business intelligence platforms, with experience in Microsoft Fabric and Databricks ideal
• Strong background in gathering and translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must have experience managing an RFP process
