In this senior technical role, you will act as a subject matter expert responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-performance solutions tailored specifically for the retail and commercial banking sectors. You will leverage Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, and CRMA to translate sophisticated business rules into clean, scalable architecture. Responsibilities
Core Salesforce Development & Customization
Custom Code Execution: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex classes, controllers, extensions, and triggers in accordance with industry best practices.
Modern UI Engineering: Develop intuitive, responsive user experiences utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning pages, and legacy Visualforce interfaces where required.
Technical Synthesis: Translate complex functional requirements and business user stories into structured technical specifications and data models.
Testing, Quality Assurance & Releases
Test Class Architecture: Author comprehensive unit, integration, and user acceptance test (UAT) plans, creating robust test data sets and ensuring a minimum of 80% code coverage across developed classes.
Defect Triage & Debugging: Systematically identify, isolate, and remediate application bugs, aligning technical updates strictly with corporate functional guidelines.
Release Management: Assist with scheduled deployment and release cycles, utilizing data loaders and modern version control methods to push updates safely from sandbox environments into production.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 6+ years of progressive professional experience operating as a dedicated Salesforce Developer within enterprise environments.
Financial Services Expertise: Deep, referenceable hands-on experience utilizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) within the banking or financial services industry.
Specialized Platform Skills: Direct, practical development experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) and OmniStudio configurations.
Technical Tool Stack: High proficiency with Apex Data Loader, Salesforce DX, and modern API/system integration patterns.
Emerging Tech Acuity: Foundational exposure to or alignment with AI-driven CRM solutions and automated intelligence platform capabilities.
Education: Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification/experience.
