Sr. ServiceNow CSDM Developer

Responsibilities
• Leads the implementation of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM frameworks.

• Defines service portfolios, technical services, and enforces CMDB health KPIs. Collaborates with ITOM and CSM teams to ensure alignment with Service Mapping and APM. Expert in data models, holding ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM certification or equivalent experience.



Qualifications
Must Haves:

· Minimum 5+ years implementing ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM frameworks.

· Minimum 5+ years Hands-on expertise in defining CSDM data models, service portfolios, and technical services.

· Minimum 5+ years Proven ability to design and enforce data governance and CMDB health KPIs.

· Minimum 5+ years Strong experience with Service Mapping, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and ITOM/CSM alignment.


Nice to Have: ServiceNow CIS – CMDB or CSDM certification (or equivalent advanced experience).
