Responsibilities
• Responsible for leading and delivering advanced ServiceNow Discovery implementations.
• Designs and configures MID Servers, custom probes, sensors, and patterns to enable accurate discovery across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Ensures CMDB population and integration with third-party tools while applying deep knowledge of network protocols and credential-based access. Must hold ServiceNow Discovery or ITOM certification.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
· Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration.
· Minimum 5+ years Strong expertise in custom probes, sensors, and patterns for on-prem and cloud discovery.
· Minimum 5+ years Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and CMDB population.
· Minimum 5+ years Deep understanding of network protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, API, JDBC) and credential-based access.
Nice to Have:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery or ITOM certification.
