- Develop and enhance custom ServiceNow portals, Employee Center, and UI Builder experiences.
- Design and implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using front-end technologies.
- Create and modify Service Portal widgets, UI Builder components, and Catalog Item designs.
- Integrate the front-end user experience with core ServiceNow features like Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, and Virtual Agent.
- Apply strong expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap to meet design and functionality requirements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience developing custom ServiceNow portals, Employee Center, and UI Builder experiences.
- A minimum of 5+ years of strong expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and ServiceNow theming.
- A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Service Portal widgets, UI Builder components, and Catalog Item design.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience integrating front-end with Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, and Virtual Agent.
- Proven ability to deliver accessible, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces is highly desirable.
