Responsibilities
• Process full-cycle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately
• Manage end-to-end Canadian payroll processing for employees in compliance with regulations
• Prepare and perform routine financial statement reconciliations and general ledger entries
• Provide budgeting support and assist with financial analysis as needed
• Maintain accounting databases and software systems to ensure data integrity
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of general accounting experience, including AP and AR tasks
• At least 2 years of direct Canadian payroll processing experience
• Strong proficiency with accounting systems, financial reconciliations, and budgeting support
