Responsibilities
Equipment Operation & Material Handling: Safely operate stand-up reach trucks to lift, stack, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the facility.
Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Efficiently load/unload trailers, palletize incoming freight, and stage shipments accurately at loading docks.
Maintenance & Compliance: Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections (circle checks), report any operational defects or damage, and maintain a safe, clean workplace environment.
Qualifications
Certifications: Valid Stand-Up Reach Truck certification.
Experience: Demonstrated experience operating stand-up reach trucks within a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably maneuver within high-density, narrow-aisle layouts.
Safety Gear: Willingness to provide and wear steel-toed safety boots and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
