Responsibilities
Executive Reporting: Prepare high-level presentations for leadership, ensuring complex information is digestible and actionable.
Strategic Messaging: Develop and promote internal content (infographics, newsletters, videos, and slide decks) to clarify priorities and build a sense of shared purpose.
KPI Management: Partner with teams to define and track meaningful metrics, providing quarterly analysis on the success of major initiatives.
Event Facilitation: Plan and coordinate high-impact forums, town halls, and leadership offsites to reinforce the strategic vision and enhance employee engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between various departments to capture content and design meaningful output that resonates with the business.
Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (specifically for executive-level decks) and Excel (for data analysis and reporting).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for strategic storytelling.
Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Adaptability: A flexible mindset with the ability to pivot quickly to meet changing business requirements.
Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with a sharp eye for accuracy in metrics, tracking, and reporting.
Industry Knowledge (Nice-to-Have): Experience in Capital Markets, Marketing/Branding, or Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Design Thinking) is an asset.
Innovation: Experience or familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
