Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans for three key segments: B2B (developers/architects), Dealer Networks, and D2C.
Sales Partnership: Act as a proactive partner to the sales organization, coaching teams on marketing-driven techniques to enhance performance.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide an internal team, including a Digital Marketing Specialist and Content Creator, while managing relationships with external agencies.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to monitor competitive activity and identify new opportunities for growth in North America.
Multi-Channel Oversight: Manage the marketing budget and oversee campaigns across digital (Meta, Google), print, events, and PR, ensuring high ROI and brand consistency.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with product and executive teams to ensure marketing initiatives are fully integrated with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of influencing high-level strategy.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the building solutions, construction, or architectural sectors is highly desirable.
Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex market data into actionable, results-oriented plans.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; you should be comfortable spending 80% of your time collaborating internally.
Adaptability: A positive, outgoing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and possesses a hands-on approach.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
