In this key consulting role, you will provide a diverse range of strategic analysis, executive reporting, cross-functional coordination, and high-impact communications support. Reporting directly to the Security Strategy lead, you will be responsible for preparing compelling, executive-ready presentation materials and strategic reports for senior leadership forums and risk committees. Additionally, you will monitor external trends—including geopolitical shifts, regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and the evolving cyber threat landscape—translating these complex insights into actionable direction for the enterprise's multi-year security roadmap.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site 1–2 days per week at the corporate office)

Responsibilities
Executive Communications & Governance Support
Executive Narrative Creation: Build and expand cybersecurity narratives, updates, and strategic briefings through executive-level reports and visual presentation materials.
Forum Preparation: Coordinate and compile comprehensive briefing decks and documentation for key governance bodies, including Security Councils, Business Unit Risk Committees, CISO forums, and executive town halls.
Ad-Hoc Presentation Design: Gather information to craft ad-hoc business stories, executive briefing packages, and client/external speaking engagement materials.
Research, Strategy & Business Case Development
Trend Analysis & Research: Research external security trends, emerging risks, regulatory shifts, and geopolitical developments, translating technical findings into clear business insights.
Roadmap & Micro-Strategy Alignment: Assist in developing the global three-year security strategy, ensuring alignment with emerging technology trends and organizational security programs.
Business Case Analysis: Support the creation of micro-strategies and business cases for future security investments, helping evaluate return on investment (ROI) and business rationale.
Qualifications
Education: University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent co-op work experience).
Experience: 1 to 2+ years of professional experience in technology writing, business communications, strategic analysis, or management consulting.
Microsoft Office Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end presentation process (from initial storyboarding to visual design, finished slides, and speaker notes).
Technical Translation & Storytelling: Proven ability to translate complex, technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, layman’s terms for executive readers; strong creative design sense leveraging visuals and graphics to convey key data.
Research & Attention to Detail: Exceptional research skills with the ability to fact-check sources, identify reporting inaccuracies, and synthesize large volumes of data into concise summaries.
Soft Skills: Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to drive initiatives forward independently under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions while collaborating effectively within a global team framework.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience preparing communications or reporting materials directly for senior executives, executive workshops, or broad external audiences.
