Responsibilities
Site Execution: Lead all on-site operations, ensuring the project is executed safely and remains strictly on schedule.
Strategic Coordination: Supervise sub-trades and field personnel while managing the flow of information between clients, consultants, and authorities.
Quality & Compliance: Conduct rigorous inspections to ensure work aligns with technical drawings, building codes, and our internal high-finish standards.
Proactive Problem Solving: Review drawings in advance to identify potential conflicts and resolve technical hurdles before they impact the timeline.
Safety Stewardship: Implement and enforce a zero-compromise Health and Safety program, including site orientations and weekly safety briefings.
Administrative Accuracy: Maintain precise field documentation, including daily logs, RFI reviews, and material procurement.
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: At least 5+ years of direct experience as a Lead Site Superintendent in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Physical Capability: Ability to navigate rugged terrain and lift up to 50 lbs consistently as part of daily site management.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore is highly preferred.
Urgency & Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment without ever sacrificing safety or quality.
Visionary Mindset: A creative approach to technical challenges and a passion for continuous process improvement.
