Professional experience in a similar role, or in a strong leadership position
Professional experience in item creation (an asset)
Demonstrated collaborative leadership and active listening skills
Pragmatic and engaged with your team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel, SAP and Power Automate (an asset)
Fluency in both English and French (preferred) , to communicate easily with our units and partners in Québec, English-speaking provinces, and the United States
