Contract & Operational Expectations:
Commitment: This is a dedicated full-time contract. Consistent attendance is required throughout the project duration (excluding scheduled holiday closures).
Flexibility: To meet surge demands, candidates should be available for voluntary overtime, including evenings and occasional Saturdays.
Safety Standards: While the company provides specialized PPE, candidates must provide their own CSA-approved safety footwear.

Core Operational Duties
Precision Order Fulfillment: Lead the picking, packing, and staging of customer orders, ensuring 100% accuracy and shipment readiness.
Logistics & Documentation Management: Oversee the inbound and outbound flow of goods. This includes verifying physical stock against manifests and managing safe trailer loading/unloading operations.
Technical Equipment Operation: Expertly maneuver specialized machinery, including the Sit-down Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and High Lift, with a focus on precision in high-density areas.
Inventory Integrity & Control: Proactively maintain stock accuracy through systematic cycle counts, organized replenishment, and meticulous location management.
Facility Stewardship: Uphold a professional, organized, and compliant warehouse environment through consistent housekeeping and organization standards.
Safety Leadership: Ensure total adherence to company safety policies and SOPs, prioritizing the safe operation of all machinery and equipment.
Qualifications
Advanced Equipment Operation: Demonstrated proficiency in operating High-Lift Reach Trucks or equivalent high-reach machinery in narrow-aisle environments.
Operational Precision: A meticulous approach to order fulfillment (picking/packing) and inventory management, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Adaptable Work Style: Proven ability to manage autonomous tasks effectively while contributing seamlessly to a collaborative team environment.
Physical Resilience: Possess the physical capacity to lift, maneuver, and manually handle diverse inventory to maintain consistent facility workflow.
Technical Advantage (Significant Asset): Proficiency in SAP or similar Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred and considered a distinct advantage.
