In this high-visibility consulting role, you will oversee key projects within the enterprise supply chain portfolio—driving complex cross-functional transformations, standing up new go-to-market initiatives, and executing targeted operational efforts across global distribution networks. Partnering closely with Supply Chain leadership, functional directors, and technology teams, you will develop detailed project charters, manage master schedules, track KPIs, and resolve risks across multi-stream supply chain initiatives. You will ensure the seamless delivery of core business capabilities that support enterprise growth, guest/customer service excellence, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Risk & Issue Governance: Provide clear visibility to PMO leadership regarding risks, dependencies, required decisions, and change management requests.
Financial & Resource Management: Maintain consolidated resource allocation models, project budget tracking, intake management, and third-party vendor oversight.
Technology Alignment: Partner with IT and software delivery teams to ensure technical solutions and digital capabilities meet supply chain business requirements.
Executive Communication: Develop presentation materials and lead updates for senior leadership business reviews and steering committee forums.
Process Improvement: Foster best practices in project management standards and identify operational efficiencies to drive productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: 5–7+ years of progressive experience in project management, management consulting, or supply chain transformation roles.
Domain Depth: Demonstrated experience managing projects within Consumer Goods, Retail, or Global Supply Chain Operations environments.
PMO & Tooling Proficiency: Proven track record in charter development, budget tracking, resource management, and proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Stakeholder Leadership: Exceptional cross-functional leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to lead diverse teams under dynamic conditions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field required.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in Supply Chain/Engineering.
Professional Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile/Scrum credentials).
Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) or technology integration vendors.
