Responsibilities
The Supply Planning lead will ensure Supply is balanced in the optimal way to meet demand forecast taking into account Capacity, Lead time and Raw Material availability for their area or responsibility supported by supply planning team. This role will support relationships with cross functional partners and will own special projects across various product classes. This role is responsible for creating and ensuring plans are communicated in a timely and accurate manner highlighting risk and opportunity.
Qualifications
• 5 Years experience in Supply Planning
• Previous experience in MRP and ERP planning systems
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Strong Analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to achieve shared goals
• Able to effectively articulate strategic recommendations and influence the decision-making process at various levels of the organization.
• Supply Planning experience a must
• Experience with Lead times, capacity planning and Tier 1/ Tier 2 interactions
• Footwear / Apparel industry knowledge preferred
• You are confident in your strengths, always open to challenges and live with integrity.
