These roles will play a key part in ensuring the security, compliance, and efficiency of the Azure and M365 platforms while supporting governance frameworks and implementing guardrails to align with federal standards.

Responsibilities
Support and maintain the organization’s Microsoft Azure and M365 environment
Assist in analyzing, troubleshooting, configuring, implementing, and supporting new features and capabilities
Implement Azure Guardrails to enforce compliance with governance and security policies
Leverage M365 Playbooks to streamline deployment, enhance productivity, and align with best practices
Package and automate application updates (transition from manual updates to PatchMyPC)
Support device management within MECM (1,200+ workstations, Windows 11 migration)
Work closely with internal teams and external partners (e.g., Shared Services Canada, Microsoft support, IT security teams)
Provide technical recommendations and support for the E3 → E5 licensing transition
Qualifications
Proven experience as a System Administrator supporting M365 and Azure environments
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) for device and update management
Demonstrated experience implementing security guardrails, compliance standards, and governance frameworks
Experience in Windows 10/11 workstation management and enterprise migrations
Hands-on knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Teams, Exchange Online, and related M365 services
Summary
Experience configuring and supporting PatchMyPC or similar automation solutions
Familiarity with federal IT standards, governance, and security frameworks
Previous experience collaborating with multi-stakeholder teams in large organizations
Bilingualism (English and French) considered an asset
