Post Secondary Education in IT

Familiarity with network infrastructure, protocols, and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with data backup and recovery strategies and tools.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience with virus detection software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear, patient, and effective end-user support.
Experience in managing IT inventories (hardware and software assets).
Experience with creating and maintaining user accounts and access permissions.
