In this high-impact technical role, you will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise ServiceNow instances to support incident, problem, change, and service request management. Operating within a multi-instance enterprise environment (managing code deployments across 15+ ServiceNow instances), you will provide technical leadership in system integration, application configuration, and platform governance. You will partner closely with internal teams, project managers, and external vendor partners to review technical artifacts, lead architecture/code reviews, conduct root cause analysis on production issues, and execute seamless release deployments while ensuring strict compliance with enterprise IT standards.
Duration: 12-Month Contract (with high potential for extension up to 2 years)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Currently 2 days per week on-site at the corporate facility, with flexibility required as on-site presence may expand up to 4 days)

Responsibilities
ServiceNow Administration & Multi-Instance Deployments: Perform end-to-end platform administration, instance maintenance, and code deployments across 15+ ServiceNow environments.
ITSM Governance & Solution Design: Design and implement ITSM solutions following established enterprise policies to optimize risk, control, IT governance, and compliance.
Technical & Architecture Reviews: Lead and contribute to architectural, design, and code reviews for ServiceNow integrations and custom application components; validate technical deliverables submitted by third-party vendor partners.
Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose complex test and production issues, perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective actions, and drive rapid issue resolution.
Release Management & 24x7 Support: Perform scheduled off-hours maintenance, release deployments, and participate in an on-call rotation to maintain 24x7 platform availability.
Qualifications
ServiceNow Administration Mastery: 5+ years of hands-on, dedicated experience administering enterprise ServiceNow platforms.
Required Certification: Active Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to define scope, estimate efforts, and articulate complex technical ideas to project managers and business partners.
Availability: Willingness and capability to support off-hours maintenance windows and participate in a 24x7 support model for production releases.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Hands-on ServiceNow Development experience (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).
Prior experience operating within a major Banking or Financial Institution.
Active ITIL 4 foundation certification.
