Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities for this Systems Technician at this Consumer Product leader in Winnipeg;
SCCM Administration:
Execute application deployments, operating system imaging, and patch management protocols.
Group Policy Management:
Create, modify, and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to ensure compliance and security across the network.
Endpoint Support:
Provide general endpoint management and configuration support for a diverse range of hardware and software.
Client Collaboration:
Liaise with client stakeholders (Steinbach Credit Union) and internal teams to support ongoing operational requirements.
Reporting:
Conduct regular monitoring and generate technical reports regarding system health and deployment status.
Documentation:
Perform knowledge transfer and maintain detailed technical documentation to ensure continuity of service.
Physical Support:
Assist with on-site technical tasks including moving computer equipment (up to 50lbs) and walking to various user desks.
Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required for this Systems Technician at this Consumer Product leader in Winnipeg;
Proven experience in SCCM administration and operational support.
Strong proficiency in GPO (Group Policy Object) management and maintenance.
Experience with Windows operating system imaging and patch management.
Ability to work on-site full-time and interact professionally with clients.
Physical capability to lift/move equipment up to 50lbs and remain mobile throughout the day.
Access to a personal vehicle for occasional travel (less than 25%).
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and documentation.
