Responsibilities
âą Design, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts (manual & automated)
âą Perform functional, system, regression, AODA, and UAT testing
âą Create and manage test cases and scenarios using Azure DevOps
âą Lead defect triage meetings and produce detailed defect summary reports
âą Execute and maintain automated test scripts across multiple tools
âą Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for defect resolution
âą Perform load and performance testing as needed
âą Ensure test coverage of technical, business, and accessibility requirements
âą Document and track issues clearly and concisely for resolution
âą Maintain quality assurance documentation in alignment with SDLC
Qualifications
Must Have:
âą 5â10 years of experience in both manual and automated QA testing
âą Strong expertise in defect tracking, triage sessions, and defect reporting
âą Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and similar tools
âą Deep experience writing and executing functional and regression test cases
âą Expertise in black-box, system, security, penetration, and UAT testing
âą Experience testing AODA compliance using screen readers and accessibility tools
âą Ability to analyze business requirements and prepare corresponding test data
âą Familiarity with HTML5, Java, AngularJS, and front-end accessibility remediation
âą Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and Agile/DevOps workflows
Nice to Have:
âïž Bi-lingual testing experience
âïž QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE)
âïž Experience testing COTS applications
âïž Familiarity with Oracle DB, SQL queries, XML, and JSON
âïž Experience with UX/UI design principles and test automation frameworks
