Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening internal and external candidates, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to understand business needs and talent requirements.
Sourcing & Networking: Source passive candidates using strong networking skills, social media channels, and employee referral pipelines.
Campus Recruitment: Lead and manage campus recruitment events to build relationships and construct talent pipelines for early-career opportunities.
Performance Metrics: Consistently deliver against core recruitment metrics/KPIs while maintaining a high quality of hire.
Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining proactive communication and providing constructive feedback and coaching to internal applicants throughout the process.
HR Projects: Support broader HR initiatives and creative projects aimed at raising customer service levels.
Qualifications
Education: College or University degree/diploma in Human Resources or a relevant area of study.
Experience: 2–3 years of recruiting experience within a global corporate environment.
Technical Skills: Experience utilizing Workday ATS (or another enterprise Applicant Tracking System) is a strong asset.
Languages: Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset.
Licensing: Full Driver's License (G License) with access to a vehicle and a clean driving record.
Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, organizational, time management, and customer service skills; high energy, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to problem-solve under tight deadlines.
