Primary Responsibilities
Work with the business to develop job postings and manage the placement of internal and external advertising for open positions.
Participate in the selection process by reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screen interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
Administer and analyze candidate assessments and background checks for fit with the organization.
Enter and manage data for recruitment metrics.
Prepare offer letters for new hires as well as internal movement.
Qualifications
This role is ideally suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple assignments. You bring your detail orientation, communication skills, and creativity to everything you do. You are comfortable working autonomously and communicating with a remote team.
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR role, preferably in a professional environment. We are open to junior candidates who are willing to learn and adapt.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A creative, flexible, and business-oriented outlook.
Experience working with geographically dispersed team members and stakeholders.
The CHRL designation (obtained or working towards completion) is considered a strong asset but is not mandatory.
