Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator delivers essential HR administration activities to support the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, staff, and internal HR colleagues. This role is crucial for implementing efficient and effective processes for all TA activities across the region. You will primarily focus on critical TA delivery activities, such as interview scheduling and process coordination, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience under the direction of the TA team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Interview Coordination:
Scheduling: Efficiently and accurately schedule candidate interviews, manage all related logistics, and coordinate debriefing schedules with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Process Management: Follow instructions to assist with the full cycle coordination of the recruiting and onboarding processes, from requisition creation through hiring.
System Administration: Maintain the candidate database on the candidate tracking system (ATS) and rapidly build recruitment system knowledge.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all requisition and hiring policies.
Reporting: Provide regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress to the TA team.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
Partner closely with the Recruiter(s) and Hiring Manager(s) to achieve an efficient, accurate, and high-touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience.
Respond to basic, non-complex queries and requests from line managers/employees and external institutions on various Talent Acquisition-related queries.
Support team members with administration requests on an ad hoc basis.
General TA Support:
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve administrative TA processes.
Uphold a commitment to professional integrity in handling confidential information
Qualifications
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a recruitment coordination, recruiting, HR administration, or executive assistance role.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Highly effective written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think through things logically and apply sound judgment to problem-solving.
Integrity: Possesses a high degree of integrity and professionalism when dealing with confidential candidate and company information.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
