Responsibilities
Lead & Mentor: Act as a functional lead for the recruitment team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior specialists to elevate overall performance.
High-Volume Recruitment: Perform full-cycle recruiting for warehouse and operations roles, managing approximately 20 interviews per week.
Process Optimization: Partner with HR leadership to identify operational efficiencies and optimize Workday metrics, including time-to-fill analysis.
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools to engage both active and passive candidates for complex hires.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc or related) is mandatory.
Experience: 10+ years in high-volume recruiting, preferably within major retail, healthcare distribution, or large logistics entities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access); Workday experience is an asset.
Attributes: Exceptional written communication skills and a proven track record of career loyalty and progression.
