Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and align hiring strategies
Posting job ads, leveraging job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
Coordinating and scheduling interviews, and maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics
Ensuring a professional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and brand
Handling multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Representing the organization with professionalism and discretion in all internal and external communications
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience recruiting in Real Estate and/or Construction is a bonus
Highly professional, organized, and adaptable
Experience recruiting in real estate, finance, or corporate environments is an asset
Must be available to start immediately
