As a TA Specialist, you will reporting into the TA Manager. This individual will be responsible for all Manufacturing, Operations and Corporate entry level/ early career recruiting. Responsibilities
-Own and drive recruiting life cycle from networking through first day, understanding you play a pivotal role in the employee’s journey
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and desired talent profiles across the organization
- Create an exceptional candidate experience by committing to timely responses, thorough discussions, and empathetic feedback
- Recruit through passive recruiting strategies to seek out prospective talent by building talent communities and pipelines
-Ensure operational excellence is at the forefront of your process.
- Conduct in-depth screening of prospective talent, demonstrating the ability to effectively assess applicants and their abilities to perform in a role.
- Coordinate candidate interview itineraries, initiate new hire process, and conduct background checks as needed.
- Serves as an expert liaison and advocate for the applicant tracking system by utilizing all functionality, testing the efficiencies, training on the capabilities, and reporting issues or concerns to leadership.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years recruiting experience
- Recruiting experience in manufacturing and/ or operations
- Experience coaching and advising hiring managers
- Proven ability to recruit across various business functions
- Ability to collaborate across HR and all functions promoting the candidate experience while keeping the success of the organization at the forefront of all endeavors
- Knowledge of and comfort with all aspects of recruiting, including applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology tools integrated with core HR systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and use of social media.
- Strong presentation, follow-through, consulting, analytic, negotiation, interpersonal, business acumen, and people leadership skills.
