Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for various roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
Stakeholder Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, advising on market trends and drafting compelling job postings.
Proactive Sourcing: Identify and attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other creative sourcing channels.
ATS Management: Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring clean data, compliance, and a streamlined candidate pipeline.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional, equitable, and inclusive experience for all applicants throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruitment experience, either in an agency environment or as an in-house corporate recruiter.
Assessment Skills: Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate evaluation skills, with a keen eye for assessing both technical fit and cultural add.
Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
