Responsibilities
Lead Recruitment Efforts: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical sales positions, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
University Relations: Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with post-secondary institutions, attending career fairs, and organizing on-campus company information sessions.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Actively source and screen a high volume of candidates, identifying individuals with the right combination of passion, personality, and potential for a career in technical sales.
Collaborate and Advise: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. You'll work closely with a data-driven team that values open communication and a flat organizational structure.
Strategic Growth: Assist in the development of new hiring strategies and contribute to team goals, with the potential to grow into a leadership role as the team expands.
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR-related role.
Experience in high-volume recruitment.
Proven experience in organizing and attending career fairs and managing university relations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset.
