Opportunity to transition from a contract to a permanent role
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various portfolios, including actuaries and underwriters, while taking on process-driven projects such as internal career fairs.
Develop and deploy proactive sourcing and selection strategies to ensure company is hiring the best talent based on knowledge, skills, experiences, and alignment to our culture.
Use behavioral interviewing techniques and expertise to provide support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Leverage social media and recruiting tools to attract talent from a direct sourcing perspective and build talent pipelines.
Act as an employment brand ambassador by participating in industry networking activities to ensure a robust talent pipeline at all times.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment programs. Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, collaborate with, and influence hiring leaders while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
Innovative mindset, bold thinking, and a creative approach to sourcing talent, including strong search capabilities outside of LinkedIn.
Working knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud is an asset
(bilingualism is considered a strong asset).
