Responsible for supplier risk and third-party activities including, but not limited to supplier on/off-boarding, supplier assessments, questionnaires, assisting with contracts, monitoring, reporting, process development, advising and educating stakeholders &suppliers on third-party risk management requirements.
Analyze &reconcile internal supplier management lists, systems & platforms (Archer, Beeline, Connect, Ivalua, Workday, etc.) to ensure appropriate active
supplier alignment across all platforms.
Supplier activity and performance monitoring to CWM Staff Augmentation - Intake Form ensure suppliers are meeting business needs.
Collaborate with TA teams to support other governance initiatives as applicable to ensure appropriate execution of governance related processes.
Establish strong working relationships across business units and internal partners (Procurement, Supplier Management Offices, Third-Party Risk, etc.).
Collaborate with internal partners to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into procedures and processes.
Qualifications
Must haves:
5+ years’ experience as an analyst, preferably in the governance space
Strong understanding of risk governance
Experience in project management
Analytical mindset**
Exposure to contract execution
MS Office Suite
Nice to haves:
Procurement experience a plus
Gathering internal and external feedback to identify potential improvements
Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to recommend solid solutions
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience working with a financial institution
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and make recommendations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills having impact and influence
Strong team player & highly collaborative
Proven ability to design, execute, and continuously improve business processes
