The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and experience working in high-volume recruitment environments. You will collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager, HR team, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Reporting To: Hiring Manager
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously, including job postings, resume screening, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling.
Conduct phone screens and initial assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
Support recruitment for both technical/skilled roles and corporate functions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within HR systems (experience with ADP or similar platforms is a strong asset).
Partner with the Hiring Manager to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
Coordinate and prepare candidates for interviews and in-person meetings.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Assist with recruitment reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in high-volume recruitment or agency recruitment is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR tools (ADP experience considered an advantage).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage tight timelines.
Professional, friendly, and high-energy approach when interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
