At our facility in St-Hubert you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Talent Acquisition team as the Talent Sourcing Advisor :
Talent Sourcing
- Identify, approach, and engage targeted candidates through proactive headhunting strategies
- Design and implement effective sourcing plans in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Advisors
- Participate in strategic projects (succession planning, recruitment of niche profiles, confidential mandates)
- Develop and maintain talent pools to anticipate future needs
Talent Attraction
- Conduct market mapping for key regions (Quebec, English-speaking provinces, United States) based on organizational needs
- Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team (HR Marketing) to optimize employer brand visibility and target the right segments
- Help promote Cascades’ image and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Data & Analytics
- Monitor performance indicators (SLA, KPI) related to recruitment with rigor
- Contribute to reducing Time-to-Fill and aging of requisitions by proposing proactive strategies
- Design and maintain tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
- Communicate sourcing activities and results effectively to your team and leadership

- You are fully bilingual (French and English) to communicate seamlessly with candidates, business units, and partners across Quebec, English-speaking provinces, and the U.S
- You have solid experience in sourcing/headhunting within a manufacturing context in Canada and the United States
- You possess expertise in recruiting niche profiles, confidential mandates, and professional to executive-level positions
- You have advanced proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) and ATS (SuccessFactors)
- You are familiar with automation and AI solutions applied to sourcing
- You demonstrate strong political acumen, absolute confidentiality, and exceptional client service orientation
