Responsibilities
In this Tax Administrator role in Calgary, you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining and updating internal systems and databases with accurate tax-related information.
- Processing and organizing incoming tax documentation and preparing it for review by tax professionals.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and summaries related to tax operations.
- Managing correspondence and communication with internal teams and external parties as directed.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and record-keeping standards.
- Providing general administrative support to the tax department, including scheduling and managing office supplies.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of back-office processes.
Qualifications
We are looking for the following for this Tax Administrator role located in Calgary:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in financial or banking services.
- A bachelor’s degree in either business administration or accounting is a great asset.
- Strong communication skills in both written and oral.
