Proven track record in a client-facing or customer-service-oriented role.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
Certifications: CDCS (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist) or CSDG (Certificate for Specialists in Demand Guarantees).
