JOB TITLE - Team Lead / Warehouse Associate
LOCATION - Oakville
SHIFT TIME - 9:30AM - 6:00PM
PAY $28/hr
Advantages

Responsibilities
- Team lead duties
- Operate Reach and Counterbalance
- Oversee daily operations on the distribution center floor, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Assist in managing inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in a distribution center or warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must have a forklift license
