Provide leadership to system developers for the timely and effective delivery of projects and production support
activities using your excellent people management and communications skills
Act as a resource to the development and design team to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables
Set and maintain development standards, conduct walkthroughs and reviewing technical specifications
Contribute to annual planning activities under the direction of management aligned to our cleint's strategic plan and
goals
Develop annual performance objectives and support team member's individual development plans and conduct
performance reviews
Provide coaching and mentoring to the team, develop learning goals and ensuring their ongoing professional
development through training
Understand priorities, establish related success metrics and coordinate priorities across the team, reporting progress
and risks to the manager on an on-going basis
Ensure procedures and processes are followed to support production and operational activities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computers, math, engineering or equivalent experience
Experience in system development life cycle - prefer 5-7 years
Minimum 3 years .Net development
Minimum of 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
Experience with configuration of SharePoint version 2016 or higher as a document management repository
Experience with ARCGIS version 10.9.1 or higher (ESRI product) and associated software ARCGIS Server, ARCSDE and
VertiGIS
Experience in data analysis with strong analytical skills to identify and address production issues
Experience in code review, test code coverage and release management. C# development an asset
Experience in system integration and data synchronization
Experience with Agile methodology and Jira for task and work management
