Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor output and quality to meet customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Able to work in dusty work environment**
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a machine operator / Set up/ reset
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in quality or lab setting is an asset
- Attention to detail
- Matching large volume in alpha numerical strings (labelling jars, scanning samples into batches)
