- Starting pay: $28.00
- Full-time position with guaranteed hours for job stability
- Overnight shift required
- Shift requirement: May have to stay over for shift hand-off or occasionally stay late to ensure a project is completed. We can’t guarantee that you will get off at the 12 hour mark on the dot each shift.

What you’ll do
As a Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:
- Create and execute daily action plans to achieve shift objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment
- Hold employees accountable to company policies, production expectations, safety standards, and attendance requirements
- Lead shift meetings and communicate priorities, goals, and operational updates
- Support operators in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
- Promote and enforce all safety, GMP, quality, and food safety requirements
- Monitor daily production performance and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees as needed
- Serve as a role model for company values and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
