Team Leader

• Starting pay: $28.38 + $1 premium night shift
• Schedule : Overnight (working 7p-7:15am) 
• Required: Train on day shift plus will work outside of this schedule to come in early/stay late for shift communications.

By applying your expertise within our facility in Warrenton, as the Team Leader: 

• Creates and executes a daily action plan
• Manage and holds team members accountable while building a dedicated group
• Support in building proper growth development and succession within team
• Leadership skills, organizational skills and the ability to multitask are key for success
• Creating a safe atmosphere and setting an outstanding example for others to follow
• Leading and managing teams to drive towards a goal and to complete deadlines on time
• Enforces the plant's safety program including good GMP's
• Lead and enforce SQF [Safe Quality Food] policies and procedures
• Trains, motivates, and monitors performance of employees. Recognize good performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Creating and maintaining a sense of team spirit and morale in the factory in order to achieve a common goal.
• To serve as a role model for the company's values and to support corporate and factory policies and objectives.

Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths:

• HS diploma or equivalent is required
• 3+ Previous management or shift supervising and/or leading experience
• Ability to work efficiently with hands, have stamina and proper coordination to perform duties for 12-hour shifts
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Previous warehouse/factory experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Has the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Raw material knowledge, computer skills, and SAP & MES skills needed to fill out required paperwork correctly are all preferred skills
