Responsibilities
What you will do
Design and deploy form/workflow and code/scripting solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Participate in unit testing, artifact development, and facilitate end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
Recommend approaches to streamline and automate IAM processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Work with the IAM program to design and develop additional process/workflow automation in various scripting/coding languages
Translate business needs into technical requirements
Document all automation, testing, and defect management activities within JIRA
Qualifications
What you will bring
6-8 years of experience working in an IAM-related team, showing a clear career progression in capabilities and responsibilities
3-5 years of experience in Information Security organizations
3-5 years of hands-on technical experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting SailPoint IIQ
2-4 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell or Python
2-3 years of experience building ServiceNow workflows and applications
2-3 years of experience writing PowerShell scripts
1-2 years of experience in designing & maintaining ServiceNow Service Portals
Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and technology
Experience in Identity Access Management or related Cyber Security field
SailPoint IIQ Certified Administrator
SailPoint IIQ Certified Engineer
