Responsibilities
•Architect scalable Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions to meet business needs.
•Design and oversee integrations with Azure services, Microsoft 365, APIs, and external systems.
•Implement governance, security, and ALM/CI/CD strategies using Azure DevOps.
•Guide data migration and integration activities.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship within Agile delivery teams.
•Develop architecture documentation, deployment playbooks, and technical guidance.
•Ensure solutions comply with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
•Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Technical Architect on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform projects.
•Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including Power Pages portals.
•Strong knowledge of integrations, authentication/security models, and multi-environment ALM/CI/CD strategies.
•Experience with Azure DevOps, data migration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory), and APIs.
•Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM delivery, technical leadership, and mentoring teams.
•Knowledge of security, accessibility, and compliance standards in regulated environments.
•Must hold a valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance.
•Relevant certifications (at least one): Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Power Platform Developer Associate, or Cybersecurity Architect Expert.
