We are looking for a Technical Integration Lead/Developer for a 6 month contract in Victoria BC! This position is required to work hybrid on-site in Victoria.

Responsibilities
Technical Integration:
o Work directly with project teams (Project Managers, Solution Engineers, Business Systems Analysts, Software Developers, QA, etc.) to understand business requirements, evaluate technologies, and recommend solution options.
o Contribute to the Corporation’s reference architecture, design, implementation, and security standards and best practices.
Database Development:
o Lead the technical design, development, integration, and implementation of custom applications and user/system interfaces.
o Design, develop, and test application solutions to ensure specific design requirements are adhered to and meet functional and non-functional specifications.
• Collaboration and Documentation:
o Prepare technical documentation, including solution architecture and technical specifications.
o Collaborate with Architecture, Information Management and Security office, IT Operations specialists, and Solutions Engineers to ensure architectural alignment.
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree or combination of education and experience
- Being in a Software Developer role designing and implementing software for a large organization
- Experience using a variety of modern development tools, and technologies relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with development in continuous integration and deployment environments
- Experience leading and participating in project teams including application developers, business area users and technical resources.
